luxurious accommodations prime location daily breakfast really good service
Pearson. The accommodations were luxurious. The location allowed us to explore the city with ease. Pearson walked us to breakfast each morning.
The tiny window in my room did not provide much natural light. The room felt dark.

The Junior Suite was spacious and quiet. It included an extra bed. The room provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our shopping trip.

late room double charge
check-in was fast.
My room wasn't ready at the agreed time. It was almost an hour late. also, there was confusion with another guest and i got the wrong luggage. finally, they charged my credit card twice at checkout. It caused a huge inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very nice. The room had a great view of Regent Street. The hotel has a wonderful location.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
slow check-in faulty air conditioning
The location was acceptable as a base for exploring the city.
My experience had issues. The check-in took much longer than it should have. The room itself was adequate, yet the air conditioning did not function properly. It remained too warm regardless of the settings. This caused discomfort throughout the night. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.
